BellReady ("we", "us") makes a digital teacher planner. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it. The short version: your planner data never leaves your device.

Planner data stays on your device

Everything you enter in the BellReady planner — classes, rosters, lessons, scores, seating charts, notes — is stored locally in your web browser on your device. It is not sent to our servers, and we cannot see, access, or recover it. If you clear your browser data or lose your device, your planner data is gone unless you have downloaded a backup from Settings.

Information we collect when you buy

When you purchase, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your name, email address, billing details and payment information. We receive your name, email, and the details of your order so we can deliver your purchase, provide support, and process refunds. We never see or store your full card number.

Website analytics

Our marketing website may use privacy-respecting analytics and advertising pixels to understand which pages are useful and measure ads. The planner app itself contains no ads, analytics or tracking.

Emails

If you buy or sign up, we may email you about your purchase and product updates. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.

Student information

BellReady is a personal planning tool. Because student information you enter stays on your device, we do not collect, process, or store student records. Teachers are responsible for following their school's and district's policies (including FERPA and state student-privacy laws) about what they record. Do not store IEP, 504, medical, or disciplinary records in BellReady. You can display students by number instead of name in Settings.

Children

BellReady is intended for teachers and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the purchase information we hold about you by emailing support@bellready.online. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA; we do not sell or share personal information.
