License
Your one-time purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the Product for your own teaching and planning. You may use it on all of your own devices. You may not resell, redistribute, or share access to the Product.
Price and payment
The Product is sold for a single payment of $19.90 USD (plus any applicable sales tax). There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Updates
We may improve the Product over time. Updates are included in your purchase at no extra charge.
Your data and backups
Planner data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for downloading backups. We are not liable for data lost due to clearing browser data, device loss, or browser behavior.
Acceptable use
You agree to follow your school's and district's policies regarding student information when using the Product.
